Challenge

In today’s digital age, experiential marketing companies rely heavily on technology to engage their clients with the right content and information. Providing access to relevant data is crucial for their clients to make informed decisions and achieve their business goals.

Recognizing this need, Luster wanted to create a portal for clients that seamlessly enables them to access data from their Instagram business accounts. However, building such a portal posed significant challenges. One of the major hurdles was integrating the Instagram API with the client portal.

As the Instagram API has strict security measures and is constantly evolving, Luster needed a strong development partner to help take on this challenge. That’s when the team brought in JetRockets.

Solution

To overcome the aforementioned integration challenges, we used cutting-edge technology and design principles to create an innovative client portal that seamlessly integrated with the Instagram API, and implemented a robust infrastructure that could handle a high volume of traffic and data without compromising performance or reliability.

In order to create a seamless user experience, JetRockets designed and developed six custom templates that integrated with Facebook and Luster’s internal servers. These templates included:

• Portal Login
• Landing Template with Idle and Authorized States
• Instagram Authorization Support Information
• Client Portal Event Landing Template
• Select Authorization Template
• Error Message Template

And to ensure that the templates met Luster’s design and functionality requirements, we utilized Luster’s provided design files in sketch format, API documentation, and Postman scripts to test endpoints.

We also leveraged React and Redux 2 in developing the tool in order to ensure that Luster’s clients could easily access and share data from their Instagram business accounts. This provided Luster with valuable insights and analytics that they could use to optimize their social media strategies.

Finally, we provided deployment documentation and created a list of build tools and version numbers. This ensured that the client portal could be easily deployed and maintained by Luster’s internal team, further enhancing the long-term value of the solution.

Results

Today, Luster’s clients can now access critical data from their Instagram business accounts in real-time, making informed decisions that drive their business success. The partnership between Luster and JetRockets resulted in a successful software solution that has improved the user experience and streamlined access to data for Luster’s clients.
