Our team will assess the feasibility of your technology, your team’s objectives, your budget, and timeline to align expectations and make an informed decision about how we can work together.

While the precise details will be confirmed during the formal scoping process, our goal at this stage is to provide you with the information you need to feel confident that working with us is the right choice for you.

We’ll match you with a Product Manager (PM) who can best address your needs. During your discussions with the PM, you’ll go over the entire app flow, identifying critical points to determine what to include immediately and what to save for later, and the most effective ways to meet the requirements within your budget. Our team will conduct technical research and record all requirements.

The outcome of this phase is a comprehensive scope document outlining the precise users, pages, and features that your initial product will contain, as well as a timeline and budget for the development. By this point, you will have a clear understanding of how your vision will materialize into a specific product.

After defining the feature requirements, the final pre-build step involves creating high-fidelity mockups to illustrate what users will see when using your product. This task is handled by the UI/UX designer.

Using the scoping document’s feature descriptions, the designer creates a complete set of custom Figma mockups tailored to your app. When all text and images are combined, you’ll have the entire scope document, serving as the blueprint for your development.

You can provide specific feedback within the document, and your PM can adjust as necessary (including updating the budget and timeline) until you’re satisfied with the plan.

When the detailed plan is established, JetRockets team takes over and works on building and testing the entire application on a daily basis.

Your dedicated PM manages a full-time team. Every week, the team builds and tests the designated features for that milestone, and delivers the functional app along with testing instructions so that you can verify that everything is operating as expected. Your PM arranges a live delivery call with you to ensure that we are aligned and prepared for the next milestone.

This stage concludes when JetRockets finishes a full version of your app, with all features tested internally, ready for your final review before the launch!

Basic software products can be quite complex behind the scenes and require a significant amount of testing and confirmation. To ensure that everything is functioning properly, we offer a 30-day coverage period during which our team will confirm, launch, and provide support for each build.

Once we’ve completed our internal quality assurance process, we will hand the application over to you. Your first task is to conduct a thorough review of the tool and identify any areas that deviate from the agreed-upon scope.

When you are satisfied with the app, we will deploy it to your custom domain and transfer all credentials and intellectual property rights to you.

As your «review and launch» phase draws to a close, your Client Success manager will reach out to you to discuss what happens next. Typically, the launch of your app is only the beginning since feedback from users often requires continuous improvement. We provide two types of support after launch: (1) a one-time ability to create specific features, and (2) ongoing monthly support to maintain and enhance features on your roadmap. The former is generally suitable for clients in the early stages and on a limited budget, while the latter is more appropriate for mature clients with a well-defined roadmap and a need for consistent support.
