School’s Out aims to connect parents with local activities like camps, art schools, and science clubs, enriching children's lives and building a strong community.
Challenge
Every day, parents look for safe and engaging activities for their children outside the home. They may struggle to find and enroll in quality programs that keep kids occupied and out of trouble.
Our goal is to create a seamless platform that connects families with local businesses offering enriching activities, simplifying the process and fostering a sense of community.
Solutions
We built the SchoolsOut platform with flexible activity management settings for parents and businesses.
Onboarding
As part of the user onboarding process, we implemented a dedicated onboarding page. This page collects and displays the data entered during the registration process, offering users a personalized experience from the start.
The onboarding page goes beyond basic registration by gathering additional information about the user’s interests and how they plan to use their account. This approach ensures that users receive relevant content and features tailored to their specific needs and preferences, enhancing overall engagement and satisfaction.
Parent Profile
Parents can create profiles with information about themselves and their children, and set customized activity preferences.
Personal Information
In the personal information you fill in the data of the user who uses the created account.
Activities Page
To enhance the user experience, we developed a dedicated activities selection page. This page offers a comprehensive list of activities that parents can choose for their children, ensuring a wide range of options to suit different interests and needs.
The activities can be easily filtered by various parameters, such as age group, type of activity, schedule, and so on. Additionally, users can view the activities’ locations on a map, allowing them to find the most suitable options based on proximity and convenience.
This streamlined approach helps parents quickly and efficiently identify the best activities for their children.
Activity Page
The activities booking page is designed to provide parents with a seamless and informative experience. On this page, parents can book participation in an activity, find detailed descriptions and locations, contact the organizers directly, or add activities to their favorites for future reference.
This page consolidates all essential information and actions, making it easy for parents to plan and manage their children’s activities efficiently.

Business Profile
Businesses can create profiles to manage their offered activities and control the visibility of their contact information.

Information about the company that provides the activity.
Activities
The entire list of business activities is available in the section, also a form is available on the form to create new activities.
Booking History
The page shows the list of activities that have been booked by users as well as the number of users who have booked a particular activity.
Payments
The section shows the company's payment information.
