The rising demand for mental health resources and support far outweighs the available tools especially in a post pandemic world. Statistics show many individuals face the challenge of dealing with mental health issues in isolation, without a supportive network to turn to.
They may hesitate to discuss their concerns due to stigma, lack of understanding, or simply not knowing where to seek help. Formal and informal resources are difficult to find and utilize in an economical and timely manner.

Posts Builder
Posts Builder is a versatile and user-friendly tool within our social platform that empowers users to create and share engaging posts. It offers a range of customization options and content formats, allowing users to express themselves creatively.
Our Posts Builder supports various content types, including text, images, links, and more, enabling users to craft posts that suit their preferences and storytelling style.
Notification
The User is able to receive notifications and monitor engagements with their posts, comments, and community interactions.
Anonymous
The "Anonymous" feature empowers users to share, engage, and seek support without the constraints of public identity.
Users facing mental health challenges can seek support and share their experiences without fear of stigma or discrimination.
While anonymity is encouraged, we maintain robust moderation tools to address misuse or abuse, ensuring that the platform remains a safe and positive environment.
Personal channel
A Personal Channel is a unique community offering exclusive customizations and accessible through subscription only. This feature attracts a targeted audience interested in establishing their individual blogs on the platform.
Moderator role for Community / Personal channel
The Community/Personal Channel Administrator is able to delegate selected permissions to a User, designating them as a Moderator with full privileges to oversee and administer the channel.
User Activity
This functionality was designed with the aim of providing users with a unified hub where they can effortlessly access a comprehensive overview of their social interactions.
Our users can always easily find content that holds value to them, or view a list of all the communities in which they participate.
Account
The User Account Management functionality empowers users to tailor their profiles to reflect their uniqueness by offering options for adding profile pictures, cover photos, bios, and other personal information.
Account Safety
Users can manage their account security settings, including password updates, two-factor authentication, to ensure their data remains safe.
Content Interactions
Users can engage with content in multiple ways, including upvoting, commenting, sharing, and saving, promoting diverse and dynamic interactions.
Subscription
The User is provided with a subscription plan, Free and Pro.
The Pro plan allows Users to create a Personal channel, expand the number of moderators, and share the donation link with subscribers.
Stripe integration is used for money transfers.
Share us with others
The form allows Users to share the platform with other people. The invitation will be sent to the mentioned email, and a new User will be able to join the saymore.
Store
Every User can find something to their soul within the Products and Services Store. The management of all products is facilitated through the Shopify platform and the Multi-Vendor Marketplace plugin.
The purchasing procedure occurs either on Shopify or third-party services participating in the referral program. Users have the option to share comments and provide ratings for products.
The Match
Finding a therapist can be an overwhelming process. Users don't want a marketplace to browse — they want curated, relevant matches with someone who truly understands who they are and their life experiences.
In response to consistent user feedback gathered through community events, saymore expanded its platform with a therapist-matching module built to surface meaningful connections. The Match collects intake information from both users and therapists through structured onboarding flows, applies a weighted matching algorithm, and presents ranked therapist recommendations immediately after intake.
The obtained matches move beyond a one-size-fits-all approach, delivering specific, curated recommendations tailored to each user's unique needs.
Structured Intake Flow
Users complete a structured intake divided into a required block — minimum criteria needed to generate a match — and an optional block for more refined results.
Therapists go through a parallel onboarding form covering modalities, specialties, availability, insurance, and fees.
AI-Powered Matching & Results
A weighted scoring algorithm powered by OpenAI's language model processes both inputs and returns ranked therapist recommendations, each with a brief rationale explaining why the match is relevant to that specific user.
Users with no immediate matches are automatically re-evaluated as the therapist database grows, with notifications sent when new matches are found. HIPAA-compliant data handling is maintained throughout: encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, audit logs, and BAAs with all relevant third-party vendors.
