Metka Gem

Rails gem to manage tags with PostgreSQL array columns.

Based on work that I've done in this post https://jetrockets.com/blog/migrate-tags-in-rails-to-postgresql-array-from-actsastaggableon I decided to create a gem.

Today I made the first release and prepared a lot of work for future.
